Booking can be done via one of three ways. It can be done through direct online booking via this website, or messaging through the info box on this website with your desired treatment and how soon you would like it done, or by sending a WhatsApp message to our clinic number. We can arrange to call you back to discuss.
Yes, there is free parking on site. There is also off road parking at very short walking distances.
There are regular buses from Burnley, Nelson and Colne Town Centres (among other areas ) to a short walking distance to the clinic.
Any appointment cancelled by the client due to any circumstances without a 48 hour notice period will result in loss of total client deposit. Any appointment rescheduled by the client without a 48 hour notice period will also result in a loss of client deposit. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled prior to a 48 hour period will result in a full refund or transfer of deposit.
We do not offer refunds on any treatment.
Deposits are not refundable if you do not attend your appointment. If you attend, but after a consultation do not wish to proceed with the treatment then it is fully refundable.
